Duterte is definitely a traitor and a dopehead for failing to make diplomatic protests and to sue China in the courts of the US and other countries where China has assets for violating Philippine sovereign rights, the UNCLOS and the judgment of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in favor of the Philippines, for illlegally making artificial islands, occupying and militarizing them, for damaging the marine environment and depriving the Filipino people of the resources in the West Philippine Sea.

Instead of upholding Philippine sovereign rights according to international law and being able to collect rent and compensation for damages to Philippine resources and environment, which are estimated to be at least USD 177 billion, the traitor and stupid Duterte wants to turn the Philippines into a debt colony of China by begging for high interest loans worth USD 9 to 24 billion for overpriced infrastructure projects which cannot be repaid and by mortgaging to China the tens of trillions of dollars worth of oil, gas and other natural resources in the West Philippine Sea and elsewhere in the Philippines.

Under the guise of a joint exploration and development agreement with China, Duterte has given up the sovereign rights of the Philippines over the natural resources in the West Philippine Sea. Only Duterte and his cronies can make some limited and narrow sense out of his treason and stupidity by admitting the obvious fact that they stand to benefit from contract shares and finders’ fees. The logic of their greed betrays the sovereign rights and interests of the Philippines and the Filipino people.#
